ARAI QV-Pro Stint Red Helmet

Arai QV-Pro Stint Red Helmet. Ideal for the Sport-Touring segment the QV-Pro has been designed with the latest technology of the RX-7V; it shares the same outer shell (but with different ventilations) and incorporates the advanced VAS screen system which also counts on the Pro Shade system.


Outer Shell

Made of PB SNC2 a combination of Super Fibre and special synthetic fibres with great strength and flexibility assembled by Arai experts. The use of a new resin creates stronger bonds with less weight.

"R75 Shape": the outer shell pattern design (stronger rounded and smooth) affords a greater energy dispersion capacity in the event of an impact and therefore greater protection.


Ventilation System

With a high-performance ventilation system developed to offer maximum comfort to the rider. Large ducts inlets and extractors facilitate ventilation which can be activated via practical buttons easily operated even with gloves on.
It also has a new chin curtain which blocks air entry from turbulence and increases the negative pressure to improve the air exit function and reduce noise.


Interior  

The inner padding is fully removable and washable and has been made with the new very soft EcoPure anti-bacterial material.

With the "Peel Away" system for a custom fit. A removable 5mm thick foam layer situated in the area of the ears cheeks and temples which allows you to have more interior space if required.

The QV-Pro also has a specific pocket for installing intercom speakers.

The quick release system of the side padding allows for helmet removal without harming the rider in the event of an accident.


Screen

With the innovative VAS-V MaxVision screen with the Pro Shade system (PSS).

The VAS-V MaxVision screen (with a wide field of view) has been designed for minimum interference with the shell shape and to maximise its effectiveness. It has a completely new mechanism which facilitates mounting and extraction of the screen. And it has the same screen closing system as F1 helmets which prevents them from accidental opening and is easy to operate even with gloves on.

The Pro Shade system (PSS) is the ideal solution for riding under any weather condition. It is a combination of a MaxVision screen with an innovative outer sun visor and an anti-fog Pinlock. The Pinlock avoids screen misting under damp conditions and the sun visor protects us from the sun's glare. The sun visor can easily be raised and lowered with a hand and has a lockable position. Arai has opted for the outer sun visor instead of the built in one in order to not compromise the integrity and resistance of the helmet as in contrast to a built in visor the outer visor does not require any reduction in the thickness of the inner shell does not weaken the outer shell.


Closure

 The closure system is a double buckle.
